Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@bricknbuild.co.za — please include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging, unopened, securely packed, and we'll confirm a collection date with our courier partners.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed without delay.
Please note that a return shipping fee applies unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method or South African bank account — whichever is applicable. Processing takes 2 working days, though card refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on your card processor. Alternatively, we're happy to issue you a store credit for future use.
Returned an item and haven’t yet received a refund?
If you haven’t received communication regarding your refund within 3 days of our email confirming receipt of the returned item, please contact us at
support@bricknbuild.co.za.
When does this policy not apply?
Special / Customised orders are exempt from being returned.
Orders delivered outside of South Africa are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods cannot be returned.
When 14 days has passed since an item was delivered we unfortunately can't accept a return.
Gift cards / Gift Vouchers are not returnable / refundable.
Any item returned that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
