Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed without delay.

Please note that a return shipping fee applies unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method or South African bank account — whichever is applicable. Processing takes 2 working days, though card refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on your card processor. Alternatively, we're happy to issue you a store credit for future use.

How fast is shipping?

Delivery timeframes depend on your location within South Africa. Cape Town (the Mother City) customers can expect delivery the next working day after dispatch.
