Processing takes 2 working days, though card refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on your card processor. Alternatively, we're happy to issue you a store credit for future use.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location within South Africa. Cape Town (the Mother City) customers can expect delivery the next working day after dispatch. Major centres including Johannesburg and Durban typically receive their orders within 3 working days. For more remote or outlying areas, please allow up to 7 working days.
