Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging, unopened, securely packed, and we'll confirm a collection date with our courier partners.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed without delay.

Please note that a return shipping fee applies unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly sent.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method or South African bank account — whichever is applicable. Processing takes 2 working days, though card refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on your card processor. Alternatively, we're happy to issue you a store credit for future use.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation — so you won't be waiting long to get building.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location within South Africa. Cape Town (the Mother City) customers can expect delivery the next working day after dispatch. Major centres including Johannesburg and Durban typically receive their orders within 3 working days. For more remote or outlying areas, please allow up to 7 working days.
